Research

Síminn’s services are based on the knowledge of its employees. Through their work, they use their knowledge for the benefit of Síminn customers. The main goal of Síminn’s research and development activities is to create new knowledge and maintain existing knowledge. The best way to do this is through research and development. Síminn has taken active part in Icelandic and international research projects since 1994. Much of this activity has been based on co-operation with external parties, such as universities, other telecommunications companies, public bodies and businesses.
